Introduction

Tactical Device Manager (TDM) is a secure device management app for offline Android phones and tablets.

TDM provides administrators the means to set a security policy on a device without network connectivity or a centralised Mobile Device Management server. This policy cannot be overridden by users if they do not know the administrator’s PIN or passphrase.
